Here at RBK we love Brazilian cuisine—not just barbecues and meat on sticks, but the full spectrum of real Brazilian cooking, from the classic Feijoada Carioca to vibrant seafood stews like Moqueca de Peixe.

I'm Rogério Costa and I started RBK in 2016 to share the food of my country. My heritage is Native Brazilian Indian, and I grew up surrounded by markets, produce and family, with many favourite dishes taught to me by my grandmother. My love for Brazilian food grew through my time as a chef in the Brazilian Merchant Navy and later as a chef in both Brazil and London.

When we began, I teamed up with Tom Whittaker, a MasterChef UK finalist, who helped me build RBK for over seven years before starting his own business. My ethos is simple: fresh, vibrant, tasty food prepared with care and delivered with Brazilian fun and passion.
