Our Brazilian Catering Menus are tailored to the season and designed for authenticity, using great British ingredients to complement and enhance our cuisine.
Our meat comes from Lake District Farmers, a co-op producing some of the best meat in the UK. Our fish comes from the Colchester Oyster Fishery, Murrays Fish and small boat fishermen in Cornwall, all sustainably sourced. Our veggies come from top quality suppliers, UK-grown wherever possible.
Rogerio and his team catered our summer garden party and they were outstanding. From the initial planning to the food and service, everything was perfect. Our guests are still talking about the amazing flavours!
